Carolyn A. Netkowicz's Obituary
Carolyn A. Netkowicz (nee Lohse) age 81, of Columbia Station, passed away Tuesday June 1, 2021 at her home.
She was born in Erie, PA and had resided in Elyria and North Ridgeville before moving to Columbia Station in 2020.
Carolyn worked 25 years as a Registered Nurse for Elyria Memorial Hospital until retiring in 2002.
She was a member of St. Jude Parish, Elyria. She enjoyed reading, country dancing, traveling, painting with watercolors but most of all doing art projects with her grandchildren.
Survivors include three daughters, Deborah Kuivila of Mentor, Hollis (Kevin) Berthold of Columbia Station, Aryn (Ryan) Veverka of Olmsted Falls; two sons, Glenn Netkowicz of Sheffield Village, Todd (Cynthia) Netkowicz of Avon, twelve grandchildren and her brother, Donald Lohse of Webster, NY.
She was preceded in death by husband, Charles T. in 2016, parents, Robert and Mabel (nee Fickenworth) Lohse and brothers Robert and Thomas Lohse.
The family will receive friends Friday from 11 AM until time of services at 1 PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville. Reverend Ryan Cubera will officiate. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
