Carolyn Blanche Chayer's Obituary
Carolyn Blanche Chayer, age 75, age North Ridgeville passed away Friday November 22, 2013 at Rae ann Nursing Home, Cleveland following a long illness.
She was born in Waterville, Maine and had lived in North Ridgeville the past 8 years having moved from Strongsville.
Mrs. Chayer had worked as a stock person for Walmart, Strongsville for 20 years, retiring in 2006.
She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, traveling to North Carolina, walking on the beach, camping and crafts including painting ceramics.
Survivors include ; daughters, Peggy Veilleux of Waterville, Maine; Donna (Wil) Kerley of North Ridgeville; son, Michael Chayer of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren, and sisters Patricia McBee of Sugar Creek, TX and Flo Poulliot of Albion, Maine.
She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Chayer and parents William and Margaret Drouin.
A memorial service will be held at 4 PM, Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, OH 44039, where full military honors will be conducted by VFW Post 9871.
