Carol Smith's Obituary
Carol L. Smith (nee Elliot), age 64, of Elyria, died on Monday morning, September 5, 2005, at her home; following a long illness.
She was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of Elyria since 1963. She had formerly lived in Spencer.
Mrs. Smith enjoyed her home, her family, shopping for bargains, reading, collecting antiques, baking and cooking.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Mark L. Smith; sons Wade Smith, of Elyria and Christopher Smith, of LaGrange; daughter, Lori Smith, of North Kingsville, OH; mother, Arlene (nee Frederick) Elliot, of LaGrange; sister, Nancy Powell, of Tucson, AZ.
Friends may call Friday from 6-9 PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville; where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 AM. Reverend Brian Wilbent, pastor of the Christ Episcopal Church, Oberlin, will officiate.
Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
