Carol J. Shab's Obituary
Carol J. Shab (nee Harshbarger), age 88, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland.
She was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania and was a resident of North Ridgeville for most of her life.
Carol was the Dean of Springs of Life Bible College for many years, retiring in 2019.
She was founder of Crystal Springs Christian Fellowship, a member of Harvest Christian Church and International Association of Missions. She enjoyed her children and grandchildren, music boxes, traveling and a love for people.
Survivors include her daughters, Kathy (Rev. Dr. Thomas) Padley of North Fort Myers, Florida, Tammy (Richard) Kepler of Elyria, 15 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Amer, parents, William and Josephine (nee Barley) Harshbarger, sisters, Lois Wightman, Phyllis Wetzel.
Friends may call Monday, February 20, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. Services will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 11AM in the funeral Home. Rev. Edward Padley will officiate.
Burial will be at Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Eaton Twp.
