To the Miller family,

Our memories of Carol are of a lady with grace and class. Carol was always occupied but never "busy." We knew her through the piano technician conventions with Rolland; she was constantly by his side for all his preparations with piano tool displays. Carol and Rolland videotaped classes and meetings so that they could be reviewed by all interested parties. She took such great care with everything she did, and was also caring toward the other attendees. Carol always spoke of family and always had something nice to say. In her good-natured way she embraced attitudes of empathy, honesty, and helpfulness that will always be an example to us. During the years she has not attended our annual conventions, there has been a gap that will never quite be filled. We will forever remember Carol and appreciate her contributions to us as individuals and to the entire MPT group. --Jack and Cindy Hamilton
