Burl Phillips

Burl E. Phillips, age 78, a resident of North Ridgeville since 1977, died Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Olmsted Manor Care Center, North Olmsted, in the presence of his family. He was born Sept. 25, 1934 in Boone, NC to the late G Read Obituary
