Bruce C. Miller's Obituary
Bruce C. Miller, age 86, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Friday, October 26, 2018 at O’Neill Healthcare in North Ridgeville. He was born September 5, 1932, in McKeesport, PA and has been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 39 years, moving from McKeesport. He worked in sales and management for the American Tobacco Co. in Rocky River, until retiring in 1990. He was a member of the Navy Naval Reserve, Fields United Methodist Church in N. Ridgeville, Al Koran Shrine Club in Cleveland, Lorain County Fire Brigade, past president of Lorain County Shrine Club, Youghiogheny Lodge 583 Free Masons in McKeesport, and a volunteer at N. Ridgeville Community Care. Bruce is survived by his son Gerald (Ramona), of Pittsburgh; daughters Lenore Stull (Eric Mejer) of Elyria, Sharon (Steven) Godsey of Elyria, Luana Ankney of Florida; sister Fern Bowers of PA; 10 grand-children and 14 great-grandchildren; He is preceded in death by his wife of 49 years Dorothy; parents Harry and Irene; son David; sister Dorothy Sauer. Family will receive friends in Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, Monday, October 29, 2018 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 1 pm at the funeral home. Rev Tom Joyce will officiate. Visitation will also be at Hunter Funeral Home, McKeesport, Pa on Wednesday from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Burial will be at Jefferson Memorial Park in Pennsylvania on Thursday.
