Brian A. Havlik's Obituary
Brian A. Havlik, age 41, of Wellington and formerly of North Ridgeville, passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2015.
He was born in Cleveland and had been a lifelong resident of North Ridgeville until moving to Wellington in 2011. Brian graduated from North Ridgeville High School with the class of 1993.
He worked in food preparation for Arby’s Restaurant in North Ridgeville for 11 years.
Brian enjoyed playing basketball, football, jogging and riding his bike. He took part in the Special Olympics where he participated in bowling and also competed in basketball at the state level.
Survivors include his mother, Nancy (Jack) Tunison of Wooster; father, Barry Havlik of California; sister, Cathleen Bruce (Don Nicholson) of North Ridgeville; nephew, Justin Bruce; niece, Alexis Bruce and aunt, Penny (Ralph) Schaldach of Cleveland.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Paul Oechsle, and grandparents, Clifford and Dorothy Spangler.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-4 PM and 6 PM until time of services at 8 PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville. Reverend James Hill will officiate.
