Dear Donnie & Rosanne, This is Joy Pastva Martin (james)…from Sleepy Hollow &
Honey Do. So sorry your mom has passed away! I'm sure her & Rocky have a great
big campfire going already! I was just remembering you kids scrubbing clams for our
clambake each year! You kids did a great job! The clambakes always were the best
ever..with Stash's turtle soup! Wow…those Were the days. I have sad news to tell you
both…my oldest son Dave 49 yrs, died 8/7 in Phoenix, AZ after having successful brain surgery there for 2nd time in 3 yrs….but his heart stopped 8/5 and was taken off ventilator 8/7.
His wife & oldest son were with him. He is buried here in Chardon at All Souls. He
lived in Concord with his wife Kim and children Rachel (10) and Joseph (just turned 9).
His older sons are Adam & Mark…they live in Mentor &Concord. We are still in shock
here. Im sorry I can't be at the funeral tomorrow. My love and prayers are with all of
you! Joy & Jim Martin [email protected]
Dear DiCarro Family,
I am so sorry for your loss, please accept my sincere condolences at this time. Something that I have found to be a great source of comfort are the thoughts expressed in the bible at John 5:28,29 where we see that there is going to be a resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in death. Also at Revelation 21:4 we see that God is going to eliminate all of the causes for why we deal with sorrow, pain and even death itself. It is my sincere hope that these thoughts bring your family comfort at this time. Once again I am so sorry for your loss.
We remember Bonnie and her husband Rocco from their days at Highland Christian Church, We & Thee Group. We have many fond memories of the both of them. Now they are both joined together again.
