Bonnie L Banaska's Obituary
Bonnie L. Banaska (nee McGinnis) age 80, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Keystone Point in LaGrange.
She was born in Cooks, Michigan and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1978, moving from Lorain.
Bonnie was a member of Faith Baptist Temple in North Ridgeville.
She enjoyed crocheting, collecting teddy bears and spending time with family, especially the grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Frank; daughters, Esther (David) Todd of Savannah, TN, Grace Helms and Cathy Lance both of North Ridgeville, Ramona (Bob) Smith of Lorain; sons, Ernie Banaska of Astatula, Florida, James (Connie) Banaska of LaGrange Twp., George (Angel) Banaska of Lorain; 17 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Nancy Landers of Traverse City, MI, Ramona Gates of Elmira, MI and brother, Joe McGinnis of Alabama.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Nancy (nee Williams) McGinnis; brothers, Ernest and Michael McGinnis.
Friends may call Sunday from 1-5PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Services will be held on Monday at 10 AM in the funeral home. Rev. James Barta will officiate.
Burial will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman.
