Billy Ervin's Obituary
Billy M. Ervin, age 71, formerly of Eaton Township, died Saturday evening at Carlton Manor Nursing Home, Washington Court House, OH following a lengthy illness.
He was born in Huntington WV and had lived in Lakewood OH before moving to Eaton Township.
Mr. Ervin served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
He was a carpenter by trade and had worked over the years for CCC Construction, Dunbar Construction and Great Lakes Construction. He was a member of Carpenters Union Local 509.
He is survived by son, Bill (Annette) Ervin; daughter, Cheryl Neill, both of Eaton Township; 6 grandchildren; two brothers, Ted Ervin, of Parma and Carl Ervin, of Akron: a sister, Ella Williams, of Parma Heights.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond M. and Edith (nee Dray) Ervin.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 10:00AM until the time of the service at 12:00/Noon at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Reverend Ray Carpenter, pastor of Faith Baptist Temple, North Ridgeville, will officiate.
