Beverly Moderwell's Obituary
Beverly J. Moderwell (nee Beifus) 75 of North Ridgeville died Wednesday April 15, 2009 at New Life Residential Hospice Center, Lorain following a one year illness.
Beverly had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1975, moving from Cleveland. She retired as an operator supervisor from Ameritech in 1994 following forty years of service. She had also worked part time at the Yum Yum Tree, North Ridgeville, and volunteered her time to the North Ridgeville Meals on Wheels Program and St. John Westshore Hospital. She was a member of the Eastern Star Lodge 374, Cleveland.
She is survived by her son, David, of North Olmsted; was the beloved aunt to Enez, Amanda, Scott and Mark (deceased) Shaffer, and many nieces and nephews; lifelong friend of Alice Shaffer (deceased) and Bernice Osol, and dear friend of Barb Shestina, Carolyn Jordanoff and Mary Ann Neal. She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Freda Beifus (nee Sedlak).
All services will be private. Private Burial in West Park Cemetery, Cleveland.
