Beverly A. Konesky's Obituary
Beverly A. Konesky (nee Marcy), age 76, passed away on January 4, 2021 at the Cleveland Clinic in Avon.
She was born on July 2, 1944 in Cleveland and has been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 50 years, moving from Cleveland. She was a member of St. Peter Church in North Ridgeville. Beverly worked as an LPN at the Cuyahoga County Jail and had previously worked at Lakewood Hospital for 24 years.
In her free time, she enjoyed camping, and many crafts, including crocheting, floral arrangement and wood painting.
Beverly is survived by her daughters Brenda (Eugene) Byrne of Avon and Janet (Keith) Koberna of Las Vegas; son Mark (Tracy Curran) Konesky of North Ridgeville; grandchildren Marissa (Brian) Mahilo, Miranda (Justin) Bingham, Shannon Byrne, Brendan Johnson, Erin Byrne, Daniel Konesky, Owen Byrne; sisters Karen (John) Murray of Bay Village, Marjorie Marcy of Strongsville, Eileen (Keith) McDaniel of Leawood, KS and Denise (Mary Rizzolo) Marcy of Trinity, NC; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leslie Konesky; parents Richard and Bertha (nee Kuzma) Marcy.
Family will receive friends in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville, on Friday from 4-8 p.m. where a prayer service will be held on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. preceding a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter Church, 35777 Center Ridge Rd. N. Ridgeville. Rev. Bob Franco will officiate.
Due to Covid-19, wearing of masks and social distancing will be required. Service will be live streamed on St. Peter Church North Ridgeville Facebook page.
Interment will be in St. Peter Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Beverly’s name to the Friendship APL, 8303 Murray Ridge Rd, Elyria, OH 44035.
