Betty M. Jackson's Obituary
Betty M. Jackson (nee Robinson), age 91, of North Ridgeville, passed away Sunday December 27, 2015 at Keystone Point in LaGrange.
She was born in Elyria, She had resided in North Ridgeville her entire life with the exception of 1995-2010 when she lived in Winterhaven, Florida.
She retired from North Ridgeville City Schools in 1980 where she was a bus driver for 17 years.
Betty was a long time member of First Congregational United Church of Christ, N. Ridgeville, where she was a member of the Ladies Circle. She had also been active in the Junior Women’s Club, N. Ridgeville Band Boosters and enjoyed bowling, farming, and being a home maker.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandy (Rick) Gast of North Ridgeville; four sons, Thomas (Lois) Jackson of Mt. Juliet, TN, Phillip (Marilyn) Jackson of Somerville, TN, Richard (Cheri) Jackson of Brighton, CO and Kenneth (Linda) Jackson Endwell, NY; special daughter, Jackie Jenkins of North Ridgeville and special son, Don Schaefer of Grafton; thirteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry in 2008; parents, Eager Robinson and Helen Debro; brother, John Robinson; sister, Helen “Jane” Snyder and grandson, Andy Gast in 2012.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4-7PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville where services will be held Thursday at 9:30AM
Reverend Arik Borstad, Pastor will officiate.
Entombment will take place in the in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
