Bette A. Taylor's Obituary
Bette A. Taylor (nee Arenburg), age 83, of North Olmsted, passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025, at Brookdale Nursing Center in Westlake.
She was born in Attleboro, Massachusetts, where she grew up and had lived in North Olmsted for the past 5 years, moving from Marco Island. She previously lived in North Ridgeville for over 50 years.
She will be remembered for her unconditional love of her family, which was the most important to her.
She was a founding member of St. Julie Church in North Ridgeville and enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling and organizing group trips, playing Bridge, knitting, reading, cooking and collecting cookbooks. She was a people person and enjoyed being on the Welcome Wagon for her Mills Creek neighborhood for many years.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Dan, children, Michael (Terri Bowman) of Bellevue, Washington, Denise (Brian) Riley of Beallsville, Todd Taylor of St. George, Utah, David (Caitlin) Taylor of North Ridgeville, grandchildren, Max, Brooks and Brody Taylor, Ashe Riley, Lennox Stallbaum, great-grandson, Cody Taylor , brother, Robert (Carole) Arenburg of North Attleboro, Massachusetts and sister, Alice Fiorini of Chester, New Jersey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Obed and Simone (nee Jette) Arenburg, brother, Charles Arenburg.
Friends may call Thursday, April 24, 2025, from 6-8PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville where a prayer service will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 9:30AM followed by a 10AM Mass at St. Julie Billiart Church, 5500 Lear Nagle Rd., North Ridgeville. Burial will be a St. Peter’s Cemetery.
