Bertha Meissner's Obituary
Bertha Meissner, age 90, of North Ridgeville, died Saturday at North Ridge Health Center following a long illness.
She was born in Lodz, Poland. She had resided in North Ridgeville the past two years, moving from Cleveland where she had lived for most of her life.
She was an active member of Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Cleveland for many years.
Ms. Meissner had worked as a seamstress for Betty Silk Company in Cleveland for many years.
She is survived by her daughter, Elaine Mansberry of Cleveland, four grandchildren, Renee Piatak of North Ridgeville, Gerald, Raymond and James Mansberry, all of Cleveland, and ten great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Bernice Meissner, her sister, Aldona Meissner and a great granddaughter, Rebekkah Mansberry.
A graveside service will be held 1:00PM Tuesday at Lutheran Cemetery on Pearl Road in Cleveland. Reverend Horst Hoyer will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of David Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville.
