Bee Chapman Jr.'s Obituary
Bee Chapman Jr. of Sanford, NC passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Facility in Fayetteville, NC. He was born in Bickmore, WV to Bee Sr. and Lillian (nee Catron) Chapman. Bee grew up in High Coal, WV and lived most of his life in North Ridgeville. Bee built his career as the owner/operator of S.P.E.C. Job Shop, retiring in 2007 after 37 years. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, playing cards, watching baseball and football, spoiling his pets including Winnie and his grand dogs. He loved spending time on his porch with his flowering baskets, Hummingbirds, and especially with friends. Bee was known as a good man who helped a lot of people throughout his life. He also had a great sense of humor and a wonderful laugh.
Bee is survived by his daughter Sandra Chapman-Wilson, sons Micheal Chapman and Nicholas Chapman, grandchildren Jason, Jenny, Amanda, Renee, Mike, Ashley, and Matthew, great grandchildren Dylan, Zach, Wes, Nick, and Lexi, brother John (Bejie) Chapman, sister Leah (Bill) Snyder, dear friend and mother of his children Geraldean McCormick and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Lillian and Bee Sr., daughter Debra, brothers Delbert, Alfred, and Bob, and sister Mildred.
Friends may call on Saturday, December 20, 2025 from 9am until the time of service at 11am at Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Rd. North Ridgeville, OH 44039. Rev. Chuck Behrens will officiate. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
