Barbara L. Weis' Obituary
Barbara L. Weis, age 77, of North Ridgeville, passed away Friday, November 6, 2020 at Lutheran Home in Westlake. She was born on July 25, 1943 in Cleveland, grew up in Parma and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 7 years. She was a member of St. Julie Billiart Church where she was part of the Seniors Group. Barbara enjoyed needlework, sewing, crocheting and gardening. She is survived by her son Paul (Ginnie) Serowski of Elyria; daughters Brenda (Ken Sroka) Serowski of Parma, Jennifer (Joe) Andrassy of Stow; grandchildren Christine, Nicholas (Brittany), Bryan, Joey and Josh; great grandchildren Tristan, Ayden, Liam, Ronnie Marie, Noah and one on the way; brother Richard (Doris) Weis of Brunswick; sister-in-law Chris Weis of Brunswick; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Julia Weis; brother Tim Weis. Respecting social distancing and the wearing of masks, family will receive friends Monday, November 9, 2020 at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd, North Ridgeville from 11 AM until the time of prayer service at 12:30 PM. Mass of Christian burial will follow at 1PM at St. Julie Billiart Church, 5500 Lear Nagel Rd, North Ridgeville. Rev. George Vrabel will officiate. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
