Barbara Faith Tarry's Obituary
Barbara Faith Tarry (nee Martin), age 79, of North Ridgeville, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2019 at Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake. She was born in Washington, PA and has been a resident of Lorain County for the past 64 years. Barbara was the owner and proprietor of Stoney’s Rainbow Lanes. She was a former member of Elyria Women’s Business Assoc. She enjoyed painting, bingo, traveling, boating, piloting, was an avid Cleveland Indians fan, the “cruise ship director”, and loved spoiling her grand and great grandchildren. Survivors include her daughter Robin (Dennis) Hostacky of North Ridgeville; life partner Jim Bearden; grandchildren Dennis “Jeff”, Patrick (Leah), Jefferey (Stephany), Michael, Mathew (Melissa); great-grandchildren Ashley, Alisa, John, Cameron, Christian; sister Marianne McKnight of Washington, PA and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her late husband John “Jack” Tarry; son Dale; parents Daniel and Alice Martin; brothers Kenneth, Carl and Donald Martin. The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 25, 2019 from 4-7 PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Funeral services and burial will be private.
