Barbara Faye McBrayer's Obituary
Barbara Faye McBrayer (nee Tyree), age 80, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2018 at the Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake after a lengthy illness.
She was born on June 2, 1938 in Montgomery, West Virginia and has been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 20 years, moving from Cleveland. She worked as a nurse’s aide for the Gospel Worker Society in Cleveland for 22 years, retiring in 1998.
Barbara’s greatest joy in life was found in spending time with her family.
She is survived by her sons Thomas (Julia), George and James McBrayer; daughters Kelly (Bill) Connor and Jeanie Sessler; grandchildren Barbie, Christina, Amanda (Nick) Korosi, Patrick, Sam and Bob; great grandchildren Gabby and Savannah; 11 brothers and sisters; many nieces and nephews.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband George; parents Roy and Ruby (nee Craddock) Tyree.
Family will receive friends in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville, on Thursday from 4-7 p.m. Funeral Services will be on Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Rev. Jim Barta will officiate. Interment will be in Fields Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
