Antonio " Tony" D'Onofrio's Obituary
Antonio “Tony” D’Onofrio, age 52, of Lorain, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at his home.
He was born in Canton and had been a resident of Lorain for the past 3 years moving from North Ridgeville, where he lived for 27 years.
Tony worked as a truck driver for Estes Trucking for many years. He also worked in retail for Advance Auto Parts.
He really loved truck driving and collecting, especially antiques, drawing, muscle and antique cars.
Survivors include his wife, Diana, daughters, Mea D’Onofrio, Grace D’Onofrio, stepdaughter, Amber Mitchell, grandchildren, Lillianna, Brantley and Colette Mitchell, mother, Patricia D’Onofrio, brothers, Leonardo Jr. (Lori) D’Onofrio, Joseph (Corrine) D’Onofrio, nieces, Crystal and Isabella D’Onofrio, nephews, Joseph Jr., Domonic Leonardo D’Onofrio, great-nephew, Logan Hill.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leonardo D’Onofrio.
Friends may call Tuesday from 4-7PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville where services will be held at 12 noon Wednesday. Reverend George Vrabel will officiate. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon. Per CDC guidelines, face coverings and proper social distancing will be required at all times.
