Anna Phaye Probst's Obituary
Anna “Phaye” Probst (nee Kitchens), age 81, of Olmsted Falls, passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020 at the Renaissance Retirement Campus.
She was born in Stonewall, Oklahoma, was raised in Lubbock, Texas and had spent most of her life in Northeast Ohio.
Anna was a Dale Carnegie instructor for 30 years and a member of Elyria Country Club. She was known for her magnificent Christmas village display at her home.
Survivors include her husband of 30 years, LeRoy; sons, Greg (Virginia) Burton of Elyria, Brad (Lisa) Burton of North Ridgeville, Brett Burton of Lorain; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, I.D. and Roxie (nee Hopper) Kitchens, sisters, Wanda Bearden, Charlotte Mullins and brother, Willie Kitchens.
Friends may call Thursday from 5-7PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Services will be held on Friday at 1PM in the funeral home. Rev. Kirk Kitchens, retired Special Forces and Anna’s nephew, will officiate.
Burial will be at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst.
