Anna Meade's Obituary
Anna M. Meade (nee Clayton), age 59, of Shelbyville, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2008 at Vanderbilt University Hospital, Nashville, following a long illness.
She was born in Elkins, West Virginia and was a resident of Shelbyville since 2007. She previously lived in Lorain County.
Anna worked as a nurses aide for Harborside Nursing Home in Westlake for 20 years, retiring in 1997.
She was a member of Peoples Baptist Church in Shelbyville.
She enjoyed dancing and loved to talk and spend time with family and friends.
Survivors include her mother, Violet Louis Clayton; sons, Doug Meade, Ricky Phares, Brian Meade; daughters, Faye Branham, Jennifer Meade, Pamela Sayers, Kristy Brown; grandchildren, Gregory Meade, Turk Branham, Nicholas Hamilton, Danny Szuch, Jeffrey Szuch, Austin Sayers, Maximus Meade, Jacob Phares, Alea Stephanie, Trish Branham, Alyssa Sayers, Allison Donato, Kayla Scarvelli, Alexis Donato; brothers, Earl and Charles Clayton.
She was preceded in death by husband, Bobby R. Meade; grandson Kenny Branham and father, Earl Lee Clayton.
Friends may call Friday from 3-5 and 7-9PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, OH 44039. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:30AM in the funeral home. Patty Jo Sheldon will officiate.
Burial will be in Ridgehill Memorial Park Cemetery, Amherst.
