Ann E. Juchem's Obituary
Ann E. Juchem, age 84, of Lakewood, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Rae Ann of Westlake.
She was born in Cleveland and was a longtime resident of Lakewood.
Survivors include her brother, Kenneth (Connie) Juchem of Westlake; sisters, Rosemary Kobylak of Olmsted Falls, Kathleen (Stan) Dudchenko of Lakewood.
She was preceded in death by her parents Edward J. and Helen Juchem; brother, Charles Juchem.
Friends may call Tuesday, November 3, 2015 from 6-8PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. A Mass will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 AM at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 2256 Clague Rd., Westlake.
Rev. Jeff Barnish will be the celebrant.

Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery, North Ridgeville, OH.
