Andrea M. Daw's Obituary
Andrea M. Daw (nee Myers), age 72, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for 42 years. She previously lived in Panama, Washington DC, Maryland, and Lakewood.
Andrea worked as a secretary for Potz Real Estate and Investment Company in North Olmsted for many years before retiring in 2009.
She was a founding member of St. Julie Billiart Church and member of St. Peter Catholic Church in North Ridgeville, where she was very involved in Renewals, Cursillo, PSR, RCIA, Isabella Guild and was a Eucharistic Minister. She received her certification in Catechesis from the Diocese of Cleveland.
She enjoyed crocheting for Birthright of Lorain County, cross word puzzles, creweling, reading, puzzles and crafts.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, William “Bill”; son, Christian T. Daw of North Ridgeville; daughter, Kimberly Ann Daw of Akron; sisters, Mary Rose Campbell of North Olmsted, Lora Lee Myers of Wooster and aunt, Joan (Joe) Ference of Sevierville, Tennessee.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Dorothy (nee Gruss) Myers; brothers, Alan and Dennis Myers and sister, Barbara Kerchmar.
A Rosary Service will be held at 3:30PM on Friday, August 2, 2019 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 35777 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. A 4PM Mass will follow. Rev. Andrew Hoover, Rev. Tim Daw and Rev. Mr. Tom Daw will concelebrate.
Memorials may be made in Andrea’s name to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110.
