Amy R. Kissel's Obituary
Amy has joined her ancestors and beloved pets that have already crossed the rainbow bridge on June 3rd. Everyone thought it would be the terminal brain cancer that did her in…but it was her sense of adventure and strong will to continue her life on her own terms. Amy always had a house full of pets, they have already been placed in their adoptive houses.
Amy’s future plans include haunting those that do not light a candle for her on her birthday every year (was that a mosquito bite or did she pinch you from beyond?) She also said that if anyone wanted to try and contact her via Ouija board she will try and answer, so that seems like something fun to try.
Amy hopes that she has created enough stories for the kids to share about the witch on Oak Park in Cleveland, Ohio. She hopes to be a scary story around a campfire.
So don’t forget to light that candle for her on her birthday every year or you might get pinched!
A party for her will be held soon. She wants you to celebrate her life and yours, because you never know what tomorrow may bring.
Amy left to find her new adventure on Saturday, June 3rd. She was 44. She fought the good fight, giving us five more years than expected but the brain tumor finally won. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Helen and Andrew Kissel and Luke and Patricia Wiskes; her father Andrew Kissel and stepfather Stephen Dusky.
She is survived by her mother Wendy Dusky; brother Andrew (Ryanne) Kissel; stepbrother Michael (April) Dusky; stepsister Amy (Andrew) Calvey; aunt of Alyssa and Amina Kissel, Sydney Dusky and Adrianna and Annabella Calvey; a multitude of aunts, uncles, cousins and very devoted friends.
