Alan Diederich's Obituary
Alan F. Diederich, age 62, of North Ridgeville, died suddenly Wednesday, at St. John West Shore Hospital, Westlake.
He was born in Elyria and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for most of his life.
Mr. Diederich was a Plant B operator for First Energy in Avon Lake for the past 39 years.
He was a social member of American Legion Post 211, Avon Lake and a member of Utilities Workers of America, Local 270.
He enjoyed fishing, gardening and cooking.
Survivors include his wife, Sue (nee Montz); stepson, Michael Noska of Medina; 3 grandchildren; brothers Richard and Raymond both of North Ridgeville; sisters, Norma J. Rofe of North Ridgeville; Rita Pullen and Carol Diederich both of Elyria and Paula Pierce of North Ridgeville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter F. and Josephine C. (Nee Kriebel) Diederich and stepson, Chris Noska.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-5PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville where prayers services will be held on Monday at 9:30AM. A 10:00AM mass will follow at St. Peter Catholic Church, 35777 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Rev. Stephen Kaminski, Pastor, will be the celebrant.
Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery.
