I met Joan when her and her family moved to Wichita KS in the late 70’s. At first, my friends and I mainly hung out with her brother John. We all rode to high school together every day. Joan was quiet and didn’t say much. Over time, her and I got to know each other well. We hung out together quite a bit. She was always the “good” one, I was the trouble maker and always instigated us getting into trouble. She was the “bouncer” at my wedding, only 2 blocks from her house. I have so many stories of our adventures. I wish I would have looked her up before this. I still have pics of her 2 boys with my son Josh when my husband and I first moved back to Wichita and she had come back for a visit. Dang Joan, I so wish we had reconnected over the years. See you on the other side…
