I remember Bob being a very funny and pleasant man. I remember Helene loving rock n roll and screaming over the Beatles? I always enjoyed going to their home as a child because they were both very funny happy people. I love you all. And, Patti! She was my friend! My love to you in this time of sorrow. May you find strength. Patti Fort Armfelt
Bob, our lives were more for the place you had in them, and you are sorely missed. Our hearts go out to Helene and Patty Anne; we know you feel the pain of Bob's passing in a way the rest of us can only imagine. He was, and is, loved dearly by so many that he touched during the time he spent with us. I remember Bob taking me to a little magic shop in Ft. Lauderdale when I was a boy. We drove around for the longest time trying to find it. Forty years later, I still remember his generous spirit, his kind heart, his lightness of being. To have Bob as an adult friend to me as a young boy was a gift I will remember and treasure forever.
The Moorman family is as big as any of my growing up memories. All of the time we spent with this family and the cookouts. I will never forget it as long as I live. Sincerest condolences to Helene & Patty Anne & family members from the whole Fort family as we are very saddened to learn of this. God Bless all of you!
Deepest sympathy. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Brother Clate came for you shortly after he left for heaven. He was very sad and worried about you. I know brothers Jim and Larry, Clate and you, Bob, are playing baseball up there in heaven. Remember those ballgames? What fun. Sister JoAnne jumped ahead. Is she in the game? Guess I will just wait till God says "come on home". Maybe that means I will score a home run!! WOW! What a team.
I cry a lot and miss you all. All my love to Mom and Pop and Nana. Hugs to all my dear family and friends already crossed over.
Thank God for the good times we had.
OK I'm off my soapbox! Hugs, Sister Pat
I was sorry to hear about Bob"s passing, but what Diane told me about his health problems it may be a blessing.
