What an honor to know Lavinia Mayse. She was more than my grandmother, she was my friend. I will never forget in the hospital when she was asking for me and I asked her "do you know who I am" and she happily answered "Your Bimbo". I soon came to find out that was a happy song that she loved. It warmed my heart when I heard it.
She is a great lady, who will be dearly missed!
You are such a special person, so loved and adored by all that surrounded you.
Your family has great heartache, but knowing that you were loved so dearly and you loved beyond all boundaries, only gives testament to the life you shared with them. You always made people smile and I will never forget how you always "listened" so intensely. You are and always will be "a one in a million". You will be missed by all. I know your hearts are breaking. Nothing can take the hurt and pain away. Always remember how special your Mom was to so many. She had a gift of making people laugh. Know that she's in a better place. We'll miss you aunt Lavinia.
