Don: I received your note today about Joy. I am so so sad to hear this. I told mom as well. Dad passed away 3 years ago. Mom and Dad just loved you two. John and I do too. Many conversations during family gatherings included the times that we had with you and Joy. There aren't many people in life that you can cherish as friends as we have you two - even though we didn't correspond regularly. I will never forget you both coming to Cincy to mom and dad's 50th wedding anniversary. That meant so so much to them and to have you both there. When I think of true love - I think of you and Joy. When Joy would talk you would listen and look at her always with adoring eyes. The depth of your love for one another was very clear by the way you treated each other. That has stayed with me after all these years - you two were definitely one. Please come visit us in Florida. We love you - always will.
