Worked Hard, Played Hard, and Loved Softly....From the Class of '89, and all the points in between that led up to Brothers Hug & Uncle Grandpa.
Life is a collection of little moments, and if we are kind and great in the small moments we will be even greater in the big moments, and that was Frank.
Over the years we were blessed to deepen our relationship with Frank. He was great at persevering in his Faith, Endlessly Loving his Family, and shared his Compassion and Kindness with his Friends each day, and in those little moments he was GREAT.
Like Jeff, I recalled how excited he was to join our family when he married Jennifer, he was in love!, and couldn't wait to "tell it on the mountain"!, and yes, as Jeff noted, the free chiropractic treatments would never be the same...#BrothersHug :)
He fit like a glove to our family because of the unconditional love he had for Jennifer, the adoration he had for Mom & Dad, and like our family the guiding tenants to his life was, Faith, Family & Friends.
Franks selfless desire to share his gifts to make those around him better is the lesson I will carry forward and try my best to exemplify. Whether it was his gift of Courage, Strength, Compassion, Faith, and most importantly...Laughter by making the mundane moments in life incredibly funny!!. The dinner table conversations were memorable sharing the simple stories of work, school, and friendships, with a twist of Frankisms :).
He worked very hard, both at Home and at Norfolk Southern to secure his Faith, Family & Friends, but he also played hard to celebrate life with his loved ones. He loved the family & friend celebrations, whether it was birthday parties, holidays, faith celebrations, weddings, and just good old backyard BBQ, just don't ask him to go swimming in a lake, pond, or river., LOL....Pools only :).
Rest easy brother, we will miss you, we will carry you in our hearts, and we will meet again as our Lord and Savior has promised!. We will follow your lead, keeping each other on the tracks of life, and making lives better for Family, Friends, with a touch of laughter while being great at the little things in life.
We Love you Bro!
Dave
