Grandparents are often the forgotten grievers after the loss of a child. The focus is on the bereaved parent, and siblings of he child who was lost, but not grandma and grandpa. Yet grandparents often carry a double burden. They are grieving the loss of their grandchild, while at the same time trying to support their child who is hurting.
Come hear an inspirational message, create a memory project to honor your grandchild, and connect with other grandparents.
A new round of groups will begin the week of June 14, 2021. To enroll in this session, you must call at least two weeks prior and have a mandatory intake meeting completed. Register by Thursday, June 3, 2021 for Summer Support Groups.
