Paul my mind still can't comprehend that you have gone. I missed you at Thanksgiving. Your joyful laughter and big smile. The grandkids miss you to so very much. This year you will be spending your first christmas with JESUS. One day we will all join you in the celebration.
CHRISTMAS WITH JESUS
I see the countless Christmas trees around the world below
With tiny lights, like Heaven's stars, reflecting on the snow
The sight is so spectacular, please wipe away the tear
For I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.

I had the distinct privilege of being able to spend 7 hours a week for 5 years in a car and on risers with Paul. I've never met someone who truly embodied the camaraderie and charity that Paul did. Every week we'd meet in Lodi to go to Columbus for Alliance rehearsal. Some weeks Robbie and I would offer him gas money, only to be shot down.

"You're poor college kids! Don't worry about it!"

Little things in life will always remind me of Paul. Having a sub toasted at Subway, hitting a rumble strip on the highway or going through the Wendy's drive-thru and ordering a "sammich" (some inside jokes from our adventures). I spent my longest car ride ever with Paul when we went to Denver for barbershop Internationals. He had a zest for life, and I've never seen anyone light up when they talk about their family like he did. I can still hear his voice, demonstrating "My Wild Irish Rose" or milking every last word in "If You Had All the World and it's Gold." My one regret is never singing in a quartet with him. It would have been the most fun ever!

I'll miss you, my friend. God Bless you and your family though this difficult time.

To the Centric Family

The passing of Paul has affected me profoundly. As the father of Jen and grandfather of Dylan and Brendan, my grandsons, he will be forever missed. His enthusiasm for his family was an admirable. His laughter will always remain in my mind.

My short time with him over the past 6 years, was a delight and memorable time. I always felt his graciousness and love and see his contagious smile on the faces of my grandsons. They both have inherited his love of life.

I pray that with the passing of time, the pain will be less and more wonderful memories with surface.

I sang with Paul, Jason, and Ricky for several years and I have nothing but love for Paul. He was a man who loved everyone and lived his life to the fullest. He always had a smile and a joke. He made everyone feel important and it was a pleasure to know him and his wonderful family. To Carol, Jenny, and Paul Jr I wish you my deepest sympathies and peace in the coming months. This is truly our loss and heavens gain I just hope God is ready to deal with that huge personality and magnetic smile.

Paul and I have been friends for 20 years, singing in quartets for about half of that time. He was not only a friend, but also a mentor of sorts. Whether it was hanging out at the house, rehearsing a song, or singing at a performance, Paul was always quick with a joke or a smile. He embodied the good things about barbershop harmony: consistently striving to be a better singer, spreading the word about our wonderful hobby [some would say obsession :')] to anybody who would listen, and being there for the young guys as well, helping them to be better singers and more importantly, better people. Paul has impacted a lot of lives. I know that I am a better person for having known him. I will definitely miss my bro.

I've know Paul since 9th grade. He was smiling then and he never lost his smile or fun for life.
I know he loved Carol and his family deeply
Paul touched so many, always ready for a good joke but kind
beyond words.
You will definitely be missed.
