James O'Brien's Obituary
James P. O'Brien, age 48, of Beavercreek formerly of Lorain, died Friday September 5th from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born in Lorain where he was a resident until moving to Beavercreek 5 years ago.
Mr. O'Brien was an accountant with H&R Block office in Xenia for the past 5 years. He previously worked in the Lorain office for 10 years.
He was a member of St. Luke Evangelist Catholic Church in Beavercreek.
He was a member of Nickel Plate Railroad Society and was an avid railroad and trolley card enthusiast.
Survivors include his wife Marilyn (nee Klingshirn); mother, Martha O'Brien of Lorain; sister, Judith A. O'Brien-Kleinhenz of Upper Arlington, Ohio; 3 brothers, Dennis J. of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Thomas J. of Lombard, Illinois, Kevin M. of Lorain; 49 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dennis J. O'Brien in 1979.
Friends may call Friday from 3-5PM and 7-9PM at David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, where prayers will be held on Saturday at 9:15AM. A 10:00AM Mass will follow at St. Mary's Church, 2640 Stoney Ridge Road, Avon. Rev. Joseph West, Rev. Thomas Cleaton will con-celebrate.
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Avon.
