Dustin and I had been close friends while working together at NRG. When I spent my weeks, months, and years with him he never missed an opportunity to boast about his family. He talked about Morgan and her success with soccer, college, and her long term boyfriend (which he was proud of). He was proud of Sydney and Luke for how smart and well they were doing in school and told me they would both end up shining because of their upbringing. He was very proud that all three of his children were brilliant, and was never shy to share that fact. He loved his children and expressed it daily with stories about them and talking about their times together. He also loved his parents greatly. He spoke of his father Dan frequently. From advice, to cutting grass, to fixing the plumbing on Greenwood, he loved talking about his dad. He loved his mother a lot. He loved and laughed at how she cringed at his adult jokes and comments. His brothers and nephews were also a favorite. He loved you all. Happy about the jobs you have, straightening up for some, he loved you! Last but not least, and hard to type this. Julie, he was proud of how well you raised those kids. Something I heard on a regular basis. God bless all. Sorry for your loss.
