Nancy M. Girard Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Nancy M. Girard (nee Mockler), age 79, of North Ridgeville, passed away peacefully, Sunday, April 10, 2022 at her home. She was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1971. She was a member of the US Army working in the Pentagon, and St. Peter Catholic Church. Nancy was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, flowers, cooking and baking and traveling with her husband. Nancy loved being around her family and seeing them all grow. Her favorite week of the year was during the annual summer trip to Ocean City, MD. She is survived by her children Michael Girard of IL., Dan Girard of North Ridgeville, Holly (Roger) Goodman of Cambridge, OH; grandchildren Lauren, Ashley and Dillan Girard of North Ridgeville, Robert and Jerrod Johnson of Cambridge, OH, Violette Girard of Oklahoma, Nolan Girard of Bloomington, IL; 4 great- grandchildren; brother Tom Mockler of AZ., sister Donna Martin of North Olmsted; nephews Tommy Mockler and Shawn Roduin of AZ. She was preceded in death by her husband James in 2020; parents Thomas and Bernice Mockler. Family will receive friends Friday from 12-2:30 pm at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. Service at 12:30 pm with full military honors.
