Mary M. Traut (nee Maddock), age 91, of North Ridgeville, passed away Saturday, June 26, 2021 peacefully at her home. She was born in Columbia Station and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1964. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Peter Catholic Church where she was past president of the Altar and Rosary Society and member of the PTU. Mary was an avid Indians fan. She is survived by her sons James H. Jr. (Karen) of North Ridgeville, David K. (Cindy) of North Ridgeville, Thomas D. (Sue) of Elyria, Raymond G. (Tina) of North Ridgeville, Ronald J. (Michelle) of North Ridgeville; daughters Cynthia S. (Dennis) Dickerson of North Ridgeville, Mary E. (Dave) Pastors of Sullivan, Monica M. (Jim) Dorrance of North Ridgeville; 28 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; sisters Helen Fisher of Wautoma, WS, Yvonne Bott of Vermilion, Carol Blaser of North Ridgeville; She was preceded in death by her husband James; daughter Kathy Traut; grandson Douglas Covey; parents Andrew and Anna Maddock; brothers Ernest, John, Greg, Joseph, Andrew, George and Harold Maddock; sisters Anna Taras, Dolores Yeager, Evelyn Williams. Family will receive friends Tuesday, June 29, 2021, from 4 to7 pm at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville where a prayer service will be held Wednesday at 9:30 am. Mass of Christian burial will follow at 10 am at St. Peter’s Church and will be livestreamed on www. stpeternr.org. Rev Bob Franco will officiate. Burial at St. Peter Cemetery.
