Uncle Ron you were absolutely one of the great guys. So proud to have you as my uncle for all these years. You were also the best baby brother. You always called your big sister to touch base, to talk about a recipe or gardening. I bet you two are going wild up there now. I hold dear to my heart many memories. I loved your visits when I was a young girl. I couldn’t wait to get a big old bear hug and sit on your lap. I remember when you married Aunt Toni and dad telling her, “you know girl, you didn’t just marry him, you married the whole family”. You fought the biggest battle of your life and you definitely gave it your all. I know when you left us there were so many waiting to see you again. I hope you all plant the biggest garden in the heavens above. One day I will get to see you again and get another hug. Until then fly high with the angels. I lwubba you always!

My condolences. I just was looking and by chance saw this since my mother just passed this Christmas and Bogner handled her. My father and mother were from PA. Mom from Bentleyville and dad from Brier Hill. Deepest sympathies to the family.

I remember thinking how upset you would be after I ran away from home to hang out with some boy as a teenager. I was so nervous as I waited at the police station for you to pick me up. But you didn’t yell. You just hugged me so tight, and you were shaking. I could tell you were just so happy I was safe and nothing else mattered. You even bought me my favorite Wendy’s asiago ranch chicken sandwich. We talked about this many times over the years. You would tell me how much you worried when I was a teenager and how proud you were of the person I became. I will miss your hugs, I will miss your sweet beautiful face, your smile, your laugh, your stories, your cooking, and your singing. I will miss your love even though I know it’s still there. 42 years with you isn’t long enough. I’ll stay here for now, but can’t wait to be with you again someday. I’ll think about the moment we can be together again every single day. Wubbas U Daddy, so so much ~ Mugsi

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you for the best of everything. God bless. NOTE: By chance, was the predeceased brother named Herk Jacobson one of the fellows who, along with another fellow whose name I believe was Walt, ran a gas/service station as part of the former Ridgeview Shopping Center on Center Ridge Road in North Ridgeville? If so, I was their Elyria Chronicle-Telegram paperboy for a few years back in the early to mid-1960s. They were always very nice to me since they were ran a very good business.

We had some good times back in the better days. I still miss that. Remember I told you I pretend to shoot the squirrels out in the yard and send to Herk to keep a pot of squirrel stew until we all meet around the campfire, and you thought that was cool. Now your with him so help to keep the campfire and stew going till we all set around the campfire again.
