Theresa, Ross, and Reid,
I am very sorry for your loss. When Ross told me of Richards passing, I tried my hardest to fight back my tears, but it didn't work. I pulled over, went out of service for a few minutes, and remembered all those good memories of Richard. The one that sticks out the most (and because it happened so often) was of Richard sitting at the kitchen table by himself, smoking a cigarette. I would sit across from him and he would talk to me like I was one of his own kids (thanks, by the way). I would deliberately ask him something stupid or tell him something funny, just to hear him laugh. God......I'm going to miss your laugh, Richard. Hearing your laughter always made me realize that no matter what was going on, however bad or good, things would always turn out right. Thanks for being in my life, Richard. Know that the earth became a sadder place the day you left. You will be missed.
