It's difficult to express the influence my sister Pat had on my life, exposing me to art, music, literature and Cleveland sports. I forgive her for being a Yankees fan. She was always there for me no matter the highs and lows of my life. You could count on her to take a moment and listen to what you had to say. She was so proud of her home in Olmsted Township and loved working outside with her flowers. She became a Mom to Jerry and Richard in their times of need and never ever asked anything in return. She became the prototype of the independent woman who forged her own path in life. But it is her kindness that I will remember most and Pat, I am really sorry you and Richard didn't get to see the Browns in a Super Bowl. Perhaps the TV reception will be good in heaven when they finally get there and the both of you can crab and complain about the quarterback and crappy ref calls!
