Working with Nancy was truly an extraordinary experience at LCCC. A kind, articulate, compassionate and devoted professional in every way, she added so very much to all of our days.. What a pleasure it was to know that she was at the helm for us adjuncts and it goes without saying that she will be sorely missed on so many levels. A gentle woman with a strong commitment to integrity and dedication........it just doesn't get any better than that!

Nancy and I graduated from Westfield High School with 17 in our graduating class 9 boys 8 girls we always laughed about that. I remember Nancy as being the most caring and compassionate person. A sense of humor like no other and her laugh that went with it. In spite of any obstacles she always had the drive to excel. Nancy touched many people's hearts on her journey through life. She will be greatly missed.

How lucky we were to have Nancy as our Department Head. While allowing us almost total academic freedom, she was always available to offer advice, to commiserate about a problem student, to make you smile. You knew she always had your back and never treated us as "Lowly Adjuncts" but warmly welcomed us as peers. It will be so hard to go back to class this fall without her. Her loss is deeply felt.
