We remember Muriel as a visitor to your home during the many years we were neighbors and seeing her walking to and from the bus stop when she lived in Fairview Village Apartments. Our sincerest sympathies on your loss.
My deepest sympathy to the family of Muriel, she was a beacon of light to all who knew her. Muriel was and inspiration all in her own, through her struggles she accomplished much. Farewell my friend, find peace, happiness and comfort in the great beyond. Blessed are those with the heart of a child, young or old, matters not to the divine. Love and Light. Muriel Benko...the Engine That Could! We had the pleasure of knowing Muriel for the last eleven years. We were always amazed at her ability to do whatever she previously THOUGHT she couldn't do. She was an amazing, independent, free spirited soul. She was always an inspiration to everyone in our social group. We can't think about our friend without remembering the now famous "day in life" article about Muriel in Plain Dealer. She was like the unsinkable Molly Brown. Nothing was ever going to keep her down. Muriel affirmed what is truly important about life and living. We miss her deeply.
I echo the sentiments of Tim and Jo Clemens and Julie Wilson. Muriel was an important part of our social group, a kind, gentle, considerate person whom I looked forward to seeing. Her warm smile will be missed. My sympathies go out to her family. I will see you on Wednesday.
Muriel was a great friend and will be missed. She brought so much joy to all of the activities that we as a group participated in. I am honored to have had her in my life for as long as I did and I am proud to say that I shared the Razzle Dazzle stage with her!
All the best to the Benko family. Thank you for sharing Muriel with all of us. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
We remember Muriel as a fine lady and friend of our sister Ann. Our thoughts are with the Benko family today.
Sincere sympathy to your family during this difficult time.May you find comforting the words spoken at Revelation 21:4 and Numbers 23:19.Respectfully Carie.
