We were so sorry to hear of Louie's passing. We always enjoyed talking with him over the years; he was always so friendly. I'm sure he was a good husband, father, father-in-law, and grandpa and will be missed by all. Please know you will be in our thoughts through this difficult time.
I knew Lou for more than 10 years and been working side by side with him in the past few years. He is one of the best people you do not have luck to meet every day!
He is the person with greatest personality and biggest heart - he is not only my boss, co-work, but also my best friend. A person I can always open my heart to, count on and trust with everything. He is the one always there for you. It is such a great pleasure to work with him. He is the sunshine in our department.
During his last days at work, every day before I left work, I made sure I saw him and said " I love you, Lou" to him - I wanted him know that he is the person so special to all of us and We care and love him deerly. The blank spot left by his passaway in my heart will never be filled.
Lou's life is short but has profound meaning to us - I have learned so much about life from him. He never complained about his illness and pain, always tried to show us a courageous face. He is my hero!!
Lou took part of my heart with him when he went to heaven.
I love you Lou and will miss you rest of my life.
You'll live in my merory for ever!!
Do not work too hard at heaven, you have right to get a good rest now.
I worked at WIL with Lou many years ago and I can honestly say that since that time, I have never met a kinder man. Lou always had a smile on his face and had a laugh that was contagious. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and just know that Lou touched the lives of many and made a lasting impression.

As a co-worker I'm feel compelled to mention something about Lou's great work ethic. However, that's not what comes to mind when I think of Lou. I think of his warm personality. Lou had such a great way of relating to people. He made everyone feel special. We were improved, just by being around him.

Lou was a one-in-a-million kind of person. I'm not sure there was a single person that he did not like or get along with. He was always willing to offer a smile, joke or funny story with all those around him. No matter what the situation, he always tried to make sure things were fair and that everyone was happy. He was a wonderful, special person who will be missed by all of those who knew him. Love you Lou!
There were many mornings when I walked into work at the same time with Lou. He always had a smile on his face and was a very pleasant, friendly person! He will be missed at WIL Research by the many friends that came to know him over the years! Heaven gained another Angel:) My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Hold on to all of your precious memories!
I worked with Louie at McDonalds in the late 60's. I have nothing but great memories of Louie. He was a really, really good guy. My sympathies to his entire family. I remember working with you also, Kathy. Doug
Lou and I go back to the days of working at Wendy's together.Lou was always someone you could count on when the chips were down. Lou and me opened the Sisters Chicken and biscuits franchise together in east cleveland. I was proud of all that he had to offer as friend and co worker.He was a special human being.
