To the Kubincanek family and other loved ones, I am deeply sorry to hear of the passing of my friend. Your daughter had such a light spirit, that is something I have always remembered about her. I worked with her at Fairview hospital awhile back. She was always joyful and full of life. A little quirky and special, definitely something I loved about her.
