I am grateful to have had Mr. Vargo as my neighbor the past 4 years. I am also thankful to have had him (and you) be so kind and welcoming to Hope, and have been able to have many conversations sitting out on your porch, along with him always providing me with the best gardening tips. Also providing me with reassurance and support when he knew I was having my own hard times. Its definitely with a heavy heart I write this. He will truly be missed.
