Mrs. Thorstad (Alice) & I knew Don through the Rashes, Scott's in-laws. The few times our paths crossed at family gatherings we found him to be an absolutely delightful man, and a joy to be around. His smile was contagious!
Rest in peace, sir.

Don truly was one in a million. I know because we have been friends for over 50 years. He always made us laugh and smile whether it was playing bridge or traveling together to see covered bridges. Don always amazed me at how athletic he was. It didn’t matter what sport he was playing he was good at it. I always wanted him on my team. Don Westenhofer will be missed by the Joe Hoehl family. He was a kind and true friend to all of us. God speed Don and say to Joey for us.
I love you Adi!

Sympathy to Adi and children. Always remembered him with a smile on his face. God Bless!
Don was an important part of our lives and a true friend. His wonderful love of life and passion for his children and grandchildren was evident in everything he did. He added so much to our family with his ever present smiles and pure joy for life. Always positive, always caring, always a friend to everyone. He will be missed by all, whom were as fortunate as Joan and I, to have shared some of our journey through this life with him. God Bless him! Our love and prayers to the family.
