Words can never express what Dan meant to me. Dan was a sweet soul who has left an indelible mark in my life. He has never been far from my thoughts. His laugh echoes in my memories. Dan was a gift to everyone. He made a 9 week acquaintance seem like a lifetime friendship..probably because he only met friends. There were no strangers to Dan.
But what do we do now that he is not here ? We will miss his chats, subtle, quick witticisms, transparent, honest sharing, trust, compassion, humility and, of course, the rousing, hilarious WI golf games. What do we do now thought? Well, a wise man once said around the year 360: " Those whom we love and lose are no longer where they were,
they are now wherever we are." Indeed, there have already been signs that Dan is still with us, rooting for us, encouraging us, and praying for us. But still, he will be missed very much.
Danny was one of the sweetest, kind hearted men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He was so smart and witty. Danny you will be missed by many who you have touched. Love you Teri Murphy
