Cloyd "Joel" Shupp, age 83, of Elyria died Thursday at New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph following a long illness. He was born in Bucyrus, Ohio. He grew up in Galion, Ohio moving to Elyria in 1951, then to North Ridgeville in Read Obituary
