I was just informed of Carmen's passing, and my heart feels very empty at the moment. I taught with Carmen for several years. She was such a delight to be around. When you were having a bad day, she would be there with her warm, beautiful smile that would make you forget your problems. My condolences and prayers are with her family. I know she will always be in the hearts of the many people she touched.
Deepest sympathy to Tom and family. I wish I had known sooner. Tom is a former classmate of mine.
Carmen was a warm, friendly and happy person. She was a terrific mom to her three sons and a caring, dedicated teacher who provided skills to her students to help them succeed. May she continue to be an inspiration to us all. Heartfelt condolences to her loved ones. May God guide you through your grief.
I had known Carmen when she was younger through her parents, Luz and Tom. She will be in our prayers as are you, Luz and Tom. She was a sweet smiling person. Always soft spoken with a gentle heart.
